OPEN POSITION
Full-Time Licensed Clinician
LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, or PsyD · Hybrid · W2
We are seeking a full-time licensed clinician to provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on anxiety disorders including OCD. Services are offered both in office and via telehealth.
The ideal candidate has experience working with children ages 5 to 13 and is skilled in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Minimum qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
A current professional license in the State of Connecticut (PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LPCA)
Prior experience working with clients of all ages and is skilled in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Commitment to a caseload of 24 clients per week (53-minute sessions)
Ability to work remotely 2 to 3 days a week
Ability to work 2 to 3 evenings and/or a weekend shift
Also a plus
Experience or previous training in an evidence-based treatment for OCD or anxiety

This is a hybrid, fully employed W2 position. Full-time is defined as scheduling 24 sessions a week, so please have a schedule that allows for this.
