Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Ritual Prevention, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This role involves providing individual psychotherapy services with a focus on anxiety disorders, including OCD, both in-office and remotely.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
​

Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.

Must hold a current professional license in the State of CT (PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW)
Other Qualification Preferences:
-
Prior experience providing individual psychotherapy
-
Experience/previous training in an evidence-based treatment for OCD or Anxiety

Be organized and detail oriented.

Be a team player.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform telehealth and in-person clinical counseling services to clients of Blossom Grove Therapy as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.

Be properly licensed, maintain licensure at all times, and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Blossom Grove Therapy.

Commitment to both ongoing personal and professional growth.

Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to client sessions.

Respond to clients requests for service or calls within 24 hours. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients.

Communicate with a clients’ treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.

Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Blossom Grove or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week).

Keep client files accurate and up to date.

Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.

Attend mandatory meetings.

Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner in accordance with practice values and in a way that upholds and improves the reputation of Blossom Grove Therapy
Important Details:

This work is Hybrid

This is a fully employed W2 position.

Flexible Schedule
-
Weekly supervision from your supervisor will be provided as is needed/required.
-
You will be paid bi-weekly regardless if insurance has paid.
-
Full time is defined by scheduling 25 sessions/week, so please have a schedule that allows for this quantity.
